Nezdrava hrana je privla\u010dna iz vi\u0161e razloga, lako ju pripremiti ili kupiti, jeftina je i naravno, bo\u017eanstvenog je okusa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, za razliku od odraslih koji znaju razlikovati zdravu od nezdrave hrane, djeca obi\u010dno ne znaju koje su zdravstvene posljedice hrane koju konzumiraju, pi\u0161e Centar Zdravlja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><ins>Osim toga, konzumiranje nezdrave hrane poput slatki\u0161a, \u010dokolade, keksa, \u010dipsa i \u201cbrze hrane\u201d mo\u017ee izazvati ovisnost te mo\u017ee uzrokovati pretilost i nedostatak potrebnih nutritijenata kod djece. Ako se borite s djetetom koje jede slatki\u0161e i nezdravu hranu, evo kako mo\u017eete pomo\u0107i.<\/ins><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Zdravu prehranu u\u010dinite zabavnom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Djeca se vole zabavljati i rado \u0107e sudjelovati u svemu \u0161to je zabavno. Uklju\u010duju\u0107i va\u0161u djecu u proces odabira i pripreme zdravih obroka poti\u010dete ih da jedu ono \u0161to su sami pripremili i u \u010demu su aktivno sudjelovali. Osim \u0161to ih uklju\u010dujete, tako\u0111er morate cijeli proces u\u010diniti zabavnom, a ne obveznom aktivno\u0161\u0107u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osmislite kreativne na\u010dine kuhanja i poslu\u017eivanja jela i u\u010dinite ih \u0161to jednostavnijim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Davanje nadimaka obrocima i rezanje hrane u oblike koje djeca mogu prepoznati neki su od na\u010dina na koje djeci zdrava prehrana mo\u017ee biti zabavna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Nemojte u potpunosti eliminirati poslastice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Koliko god \u017eeljeli potaknuti svoju djecu na zdravu prehranu, trebali biste im s vremena na vrijeme priu\u0161titi poslastice. Potpuno eliminiranje poslastica i nezdrave hrane, iste \u0107e im samo jo\u0161 vi\u0161e u\u010diniti privla\u010dnima. Primjerice, \u0161e\u0107er i poslastice nisu lo\u0161i ako se nude u ispravnoj koli\u010dini i ako su zadovoljene dnevne makronutrijentne potrebe djeteta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primjerice, mo\u017eete stvoriti naviku gdje dijete mo\u017ee u\u017eivati u poslasticama za za odre\u0111ene prilike ili tijekom blagdana (npr. ro\u0111endan, proslave isl.). Model zdrave prehrane<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u0161a \u0107e djeca te\u0161ko ste\u0107i navike zdrave prehrane ako su roditelji ti koji jedu nezdravu hranu. Jedan od najlak\u0161ih na\u010dina kako nau\u010diti dijete da jede zdravo je da mu u tome budete uzor. Ograni\u010dite koli\u010dinu nezdrave hrane kojoj oni imaju pristup i ponudite im raznovrsne opcije zdrave hrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Uravnote\u017eena prehrana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Obzirom da je gotovo nemogu\u0107e u potpunosti eliminirati nezdravu hranu, va\u017eno je nau\u010diti kako balansirati poslastice sa zdravim obrocima. Ako \u0107ete se svaki puta ljutiti kada va\u0161e dijete pojede neki slatki\u0161, zavr\u0161iti \u0107ete kao \u2018prekriti\u010dna majka\u2019. Stoga se opustite i nau\u010dite kako balansirati ono \u0161to va\u0161a djeca jedu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako nezdrava hrana utje\u010de na djecu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pretilost:<\/strong>&nbsp;Djeca koja konzumiraju jako puno \u0161e\u0107era i nezdrave hrane za vrijeme odrastanja nose rizik od razvoja pretilosti. Pretilost kod djece je povezana s genetskim \u010dimbenicima i prehranom. Djeca koja jedu \u201cbrzu hranu\u201d vjerojatno \u0107e jesti kombinaciju nezdravih obroka s niskim sadr\u017eajem hranjivih tvari te koli\u010dinski velike obroke. Osim toga, nezdrava hrana izaziva veliku ovisnost, \u0161to dodatno pove\u0107ava rizik od razvoja pretilosti.<\/li><li><strong>Smanjena energija&nbsp;i&nbsp;lo\u0161a koncentracija:&nbsp;<\/strong>Prehrana va\u0161eg djeteta ima veliki utjecaj na razinu djetetove energije i sposobnost dugotrajne koncentracije. Hrana s umjetno dodanim \u0161e\u0107erima i visokim udjelom masno\u0107e brzo tro\u0161i djetetovu energiju i ote\u017eava sposobnost koncentracije u \u0161koli. Osim toga, nezdrava hrana ne pru\u017ea dovoljno hranjivih tvari koje su potrebne djeci za potpuni mentalni i fizi\u010dki razvoj.<\/li><li><strong>Zdravstveni rizici:&nbsp;<\/strong>Redovita konzumacija nezdrave hrane pove\u0107ava \u0161anse da djeca razviju kroni\u010dna oboljenja kasnije u \u017eivotu. Pretilost je povezana s kroni\u010dnim bolestima kao \u0161to su dijabetes i sr\u010dane bolesti.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160tovi\u0161e, velikim konzumiranjem nezdrave hrane mo\u017ee se naru\u0161iti i mentalno zdravlje djeteta. Nezdravi obroci mogu uzrokovati neravnomjeran rast, pove\u0107anje tjelesne te\u017eine, a sve to mo\u017ee utjecati na djetetovo samopouzdanje i samopo\u0161tovanje.
