Preporu\u010duje se uzimanje magnezija tijekom cijele godine, a ne samo za vrijeme zimskih mjeseci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNedostatak magnezija prili\u010dno je \u010dest i s obzirom na to da je to drugi naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i elektrolit u ljudskom tijelu, moramo se pobrinuti da ga uvijek nadopunjujemo.
