Mnogi od nas imaju omiljen polo\u017eaj spavanja, koji ponekad mo\u017ee i ozbiljno naru\u0161iti na\u0161e zdravlje. Postoji li uop\u0107e polo\u017eaj koji jam\u010di mirnu no\u0107 i dubok san?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spavanje je vrlo va\u017ean dio ukupnog psihosocijalnog zdravlja svakog \u010dovjeka budu\u0107i da u snu provedemo tre\u0107inu \u017eivota. Na samom po\u010detku valja razbiti jedan uvrije\u017eeni mit \u2013 ne postoji pravilan ili idealan polo\u017eaj za spavanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; U snu se okre\u0107emo, mi\u010demo. Na\u0161e tijelo nije stati\u010dno u snu. Postoje studije koje govore da 500 puta imamo male sitne pokrete namje\u0161tanja. Na\u0161e tijelo se nekoliko puta tijekom sna rotira, bilo na bok, jedan ili drugi, na prsa. Tako postoje obrasci da mi legnemo na le\u0111a ili na bok, onaj dio kako obi\u010dno usnivamo, a da se probudimo na prsima. Mit da smo legli i u jednakoj poziciji se probudili nije realan &#8211; otkriva \u0160ime Miji\u0107, dr.med, specijalist fizijatrije i reumatologije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unato\u010d tome, za kvalitetan san nu\u017eni su odre\u0111eni preduvjeti koji u suvremenoj medicini spadaju pod zajedni\u010dki nazivnik \u2013 higijena spavanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; To je \u010ditav jedan niz postupaka koji se bazira na dvije osnovne postavke. Jedna je da se smanji ekscitiranost prije spavanja, nema pijenja kave u osam sati nave\u010der, nema gledanja nekog uznemiravaju\u0107eg filma ili politi\u010dke emisije koja \u0107e nas uznemiriti prije nego \u0161to idemo u krevet. Nema primjerice dugog gledanja u zaslon mobilnog telefona jer ta svjetlost nas razbu\u0111uje. Jednako tako ne preporu\u010duje se jesti neku jako za\u010dinjenu hranu u ve\u010dernjim satima. To su sve mjere kojima smanjujemo ekscitiranost. S druge strane poduzimamo sve one mjere da bi \u0161to kra\u0107e besano bili u krevetu. To zna\u010di da idemo spavati onda kad nam se spava, a ne onda kad mislimo da bi trebali i\u0107i spavati, da ako primijetimo da ne\u0107emo zaspati da ustanemo, odemo u dnevni boravak, pro\u010ditamo neku laganu knjigu, slu\u0161amo neku umiruju\u0107u muziku pa se onda vratimo u krevet. Dakle ako se probudimo tijekom no\u0107i i vidimo da ne\u0107emo tako skoro zaspati, da se tako\u0111er ustanemo. I da ujutro ustanemo, a da se ne dospavljujemo &#8211; savjetuje doc.dr.sc. Domagoj Vidovi\u0107, Centar za poreme\u0107aje spavanja PB Vrap\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lije\u010dnici vole kazati da je san lijek za mnoge bolesti, ali i da nam puno govori o eventualnim poreme\u0107ajima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Jutarnja zako\u010denost mo\u017ee zna\u010diti reumatoidni artritis. Ako ona traje pola sata, \u010dak i 15 minuta, ve\u0107 nam je to zna\u010dajna jutarnja zako\u010denost. Bolnost tijekom no\u0107i govorit \u0107e nam da imamo spondiloartritis, cijelu jednu grupu bolesti koja zahva\u0107a kralje\u017enicu i zglobove, dok \u0107e recimo trnci govoriti za neke neurolo\u0161ke bolesti, nekakve kanalikularne sindrome, ali generalno sve \u0161to \u010dujemo od pacijenta moramo, od onog njegovog dnevnog ali i no\u0107nog stanja, moramo dobro sagledati u okviru njegove bolesti &#8211; ka\u017ee \u0160ime Miji\u0107, dr.med, specijalist fizijatrije i reumatologije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kvalitetan odmor i san od presudnog su zna\u010daja za ukupno \u010dovjekovo zdravlje.
