Bogate su cinkom, fosforom, manganom, magnezijem, bakrom i \u017eeljezom te ja\u010daju na\u0161 imunitet, pi\u0161e&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/zivim.gloria.hr\/zivim\/jedem\/doslo-je-i-njihovo-vrijeme-sjemenke-bundeve-jacaju-imunitet-poboljsavaju-kvalitetu-sperme-i-sprjecavaju-srcane-bolesti-15108176\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u017divim.hr<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ZDRAVSTVENE PREDNOSTI SJEMENKI OD BUNDEVE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160aka sjemenki budneve ima oko 150 kalorija, 15 grama masti, samo nekoliko grama ugljikohidrata i impresivnih 10 grama biljnih proteina. Ove sjemenke su bogate hranjivim tvarima i \u0161tite zdravlje, a mi imamo dodatne razloge za\u0161to biste ih trebali pojesti ve\u0107 danas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.slobodnadalmacija.hr\/images\/slike\/2021\/10\/10\/19618536.jpg?1633898959\" alt=\"image\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BOGATE SU MAGNEZIJEM I DRUGIM MINERALIMA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sjemenke bundeve jedan su od najboljih prirodnih izvora magnezija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Sirove sjemenke bundeve, poznate i kao pepitas, dobar su izvor magnezija, mangana, \u017eeljeza, cinka i bakra. Magnezij poma\u017ee pobolj\u0161ati raspolo\u017eenje i san, dok mangan igra ulogu u proizvodnji kolagena te poti\u010de zdravlje ko\u017ee i kostiju. \u017deljezo i bakar sudjeluju u proizvodnji energije, a \u017eeljezo tako\u0111er poma\u017ee u prijenosu kisika do na\u0161ih stanica. Cink podr\u017eava imunitet, zdravlje ko\u017ee i vid \u2013 rekla je nutricionistica<strong>\u00a0Cynthia Sass<\/strong>\u00a0za Health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.slobodnadalmacija.hr\/images\/slike\/2021\/10\/10\/19618538.jpg?1633898959\" alt=\"image\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BOGATE SU ANTIOKSIDANSIMA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antioksidansi mogu smanjiti upalu i za\u0161tititi va\u0161e stanice od \u0161tetnih slobodnih radikala. Zato konzumiranje hrane bogate antioksidansima mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u za\u0161titi od mnogih bolesti. Smatra se da je visoka razina antioksidansa u sjemenkama bundeve djelomi\u010dno odgovorna za njihove pozitivne u\u010dinke na zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>KORISNE MASTI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sjemenke bundeve jedan su od najboljih izvora biljnih omega-3 masnih kiselina, nazvanih alfa-linolenska kiselina ili ALA. Samo mali dio ALA-e pretvara se u va\u017ene DHA i EPA omega-3 masne kiseline, koje se nalaze u masnoj ribi poput lososa. Me\u0111utim, prednosti ALA-e uklju\u010duju za\u0161titu od sr\u010danih bolesti, smanjeni rizik od stvrdnjavanja arterija i protuupalno djelovanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>KONTROLIRAJU \u0160E\u0106ER U KRVI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uz nisku razinu ugljikohidrata i dobar izvor biljnih bjelan\u010devina, istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da jedenje sjemenki bundeve poma\u017ee u za\u0161titi od dijabetesa tipa 2 i smanjuje njegove komplikacije na druge na\u010dine, poput pobolj\u0161anja regulacije inzulina i za\u0161tite organa od posljedica dijabetesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>POBOLJ\u0160AVAJU KVALITETU SPERME<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sjemenke bundeve mogu pomo\u0107i u ubla\u017eavanju simptoma benigne hiperplazije prostate (BHP), stanja u kojem se prostata pove\u0107ava, uzrokuju\u0107i probleme s mokrenjem. Nekoliko je studija na ljudima otkrilo da je konzumiranje ovih sjemenki smanjilo simptome povezane s BHP-om. U jednogodi\u0161njem istra\u017eivanju na vi\u0161e od 1400 mu\u0161karaca s BHP-om, konzumacija sjemenki bundeve smanjila je simptome i pobolj\u0161ala kvalitetu \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da i bu\u010dino sjeme i bu\u010dino ulje poma\u017eu u za\u0161titi zdravlja prostate. Sadr\u017eaj cinka u sjemenkama tako\u0111er mo\u017ee podr\u017eati plodnost mu\u0161karaca jer su niske razine cinka povezane sa smanjenom kvalitetom sperme \u2013 objasnila je Sass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.slobodnadalmacija.hr\/images\/slike\/2021\/10\/10\/19618540.jpg?1633898959\" alt=\"image\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>POBOLJ\u0160AVAJU SAN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako imate problema sa spavanjem, mo\u017eda biste trebali pojesti malo sjemenki bundeve prije spavanja. Oni su prirodni izvor triptofana, aminokiseline koja mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u poticanju sna. Me\u0111utim, trebali biste pojesti oko 200 grama sjemenki bundeve da biste postigli potrebnu koli\u010dinu triptofana. Cink u ovim sjemenkama tako\u0111er mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u pretvaranju triptofana u serotonin, koji se zatim mijenja u melatonin, hormon koji regulira va\u0161 ciklus spavanja. Osim toga, sjemenke bundeve izvrstan su izvor magnezija.
