Dodajte meso i pirjajte na jakoj vatri dok sva vlaga ne ispari. Izvadite meso. Dodajte luk i kratko prodinstajte, dok ne postane proziran. Posolite, dodajte ciklu, rikolu, svje\u017ei korijander, perzijski luk \u0161alot i kumin. Nastavite pirjati dok vlaga ne ispari. Vratite meso.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ulijte pivo, a zatim dodajte vodu.
