{"id":77209,"date":"2021-10-17T22:59:49","date_gmt":"2021-10-17T21:59:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radioljubuski.ba\/?p=77209"},"modified":"2021-10-17T22:59:50","modified_gmt":"2021-10-17T21:59:50","slug":"najbolja-hrana-koju-biste-trebali-jesti-ako-zelite-dozivjeti-stotu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radioljubuski.ba\/index.php\/2021\/10\/17\/najbolja-hrana-koju-biste-trebali-jesti-ako-zelite-dozivjeti-stotu\/","title":{"rendered":"Najbolja hrana koju biste trebali jesti ako \u017eelite do\u017eivjeti stotu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Hrana ima veliku ulogu u dugom i zdravom \u017eivotu, a mnogi od nas hrane se namirnicama koje \u0161tete cjelokupnom zdravlju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studija objavljena u \u010dasopisu Circulation bavila se sudionicima koji se hrane zapadnja\u010dkom hranom, koja obiluje crvenim mesom, prera\u0111enom hranom, rafiniranim \u017eitaricama i \u0161e\u0107erom, te onima koji su razboritiji, pa se njihova prehrana temelji na povr\u0107u, vo\u0107u, mesu peradi, ribom i cjelovitim \u017eitaricama.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon 18-godi\u0161njeg pra\u0107enja istra\u017eiva\u010di su primijetili 17 posto manji mortalitet i 28 posto manji rizik od smrti uzrokovanih kardiovaskularnim bolestima kod onih koji se dr\u017ee razborite prehrane.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studija je tako\u0111er otkrila da su oni koji slijede zapadnja\u010dki stil prehrane imali 21-postotno pove\u0107anje ukupne smrtnosti i 22 posto ve\u0107i rizik od smrti uzrokovanih kardiovaskularnim bolestima.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dakle, ako prehrana igra klju\u010dnu ulogu u tome koliko dugo \u017eivimo, koja je hrana najbolja? Ispostavilo se da je to grah.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plave zone, mjesta na svijetu na kojima ljudi najdu\u017ee \u017eive, dijele mnoge sli\u010dnosti u prehrani i na\u010dinu \u017eivota, a svima je zajedni\u010dki unos mahunarki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema The American Journal of Lifestyle Medicine, postoji devet zajedni\u010dkih nazivnika me\u0111u ovim regijama, koji uklju\u010duju stvari poput vi\u0161e kretanja, pronala\u017eenja svrhe \u017eivljenja i ispijanja razumnih koli\u010dina vina. Tako\u0111er, tu je i koncept jedenja vi\u0161e namirnica biljnog porijekla, a naglasak je na tome da je grah kamen temeljac prehrane stogodi\u0161njaka.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u0161to je grah toliko va\u017ean?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stanovnici takozvanih Plavih zona u danu pojedu \u0161alicu graha. On je prepun biljnih bjelan\u010devina i vlakana i gotovo uop\u0107e ne sadr\u017ei masti. Na primjer, jednom \u0161alicom crnog graha konzumirat \u0107ete 15 grama proteina, 15 grama vlakana i manje od jednog grama \u0161e\u0107era i masti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema ameri\u010dkom Gerontolo\u0161kom dru\u0161tvu, utvr\u0111eno je da dovoljno vlakana u prehrani smanjuje rizik od depresije, hipertenzije, dijabetesa, pa \u010dak i demencije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grah tako\u0111er sadr\u017ei sna\u017ean antioksidans zvan polifenol, za koji su istra\u017eiva\u010di otkrili da tako\u0111er mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u zdravom starenju.
