Mandarina je jedan od simbola jeseni pa ove godine svakako nabavite \u0161to vi\u0161e so\u010dnih plodova, pogotovo kad otkrijete koje sve zdravstvene prednosti kriju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mandarina \u2013 zdravstvene prednosti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovo ukusno i so\u010dno vo\u0107e poma\u017ee organizmu da&nbsp;<strong>kontrolira razinu lo\u0161eg kolesterola i za\u0161titi srce.&nbsp;<\/strong>Osim toga, mandarina sadr\u017ei pektin, spoj koji sprje\u010dava rast razine \u0161e\u0107era u krvi, a time i osje\u0107aj gladi.
