{"id":81189,"date":"2021-10-26T23:51:43","date_gmt":"2021-10-26T22:51:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radioljubuski.ba\/?p=81189"},"modified":"2021-10-26T23:51:44","modified_gmt":"2021-10-26T22:51:44","slug":"ovo-vam-moze-pomoci-ako-previse-sjedite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radioljubuski.ba\/index.php\/2021\/10\/26\/ovo-vam-moze-pomoci-ako-previse-sjedite\/","title":{"rendered":"Ovo vam mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i ako previ\u0161e sjedite!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ve\u0107ina ljudi ostane neugodno iznena\u0111ena nakon \u0161to shvate da od 16 sati, koliko provedu budni, ve\u0107inu tog vremena provedu sjede\u0107i.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na putu prema poslu, u uredu, unutar svoja \u010detiri zida, pri dru\u017eenju, zajedni\u010dkim kavama, odlascima u kino, pa \u010dak i dru\u017eenja u prirodi \u010desto zavr\u0161<strong>e vi\u0161esatnim sjedenjem za stolom.&nbsp;<\/strong>Stolice i fotelje su sve udobnije i vrlo lako se zapadne u zamku pretjeranog sjedenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iako imamo osje\u0107aj da tako odmaramo mi\u0161i\u0107e, u\u010dinak na njih, kao i kralje\u017enicu i zglobove je, kad pretjeramo, upravo suprotan. Sjedenje samo po sebi nije \u0161tetno, ali&nbsp;<strong>pretjerano sjedenje,&nbsp;<\/strong>odnosno sjedenje satima u jednoli\u010dnom polo\u017eaju, \u0107e vjerojatno s vremenom rezultirati&nbsp;<strong>kri\u017eoboljom ili vratoboljom.<\/strong>&nbsp;A upravo je pretjerano sjedenje \u010dest slu\u010daj kod uredskih poslova, pi\u0161e Centarzdravlja.hr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako nam je pri tome sjede\u0107i polo\u017eaj i nepovoljan, ili ako smo&nbsp;<strong>pod dugotrajnim stresom,&nbsp;<\/strong>koji dokazano utje\u010de na povi\u0161enu napetost mi\u0161i\u0107a, prili\u010dno je vjerojatno da \u0107e rezultat s vremenom biti u\u010destala bolna le\u0111a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Va\u017enost fizi\u010dke aktivnosti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mnoge se funkcije na\u0161eg tijela&nbsp;<strong>pospje\u0161uju pokretom,<\/strong>&nbsp;neki se dijelovi tijela, poput diskova me\u0111u kralje\u0161cima ili hrskavica, \u201ehrane\u201c pokretom, diskovi se hrane difuzijom koju me\u0111usobno primicanje i odmicanje kralje\u017eaka pospje\u0161uje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Znanost je posljednjeg desetlje\u0107a otkrila mnogo informacija o metaboli\u010dkoj aktivnosti mi\u0161i\u0107a. To je ujedno i klju\u010d obja\u0161njenja za\u0161to fizi\u010dka aktivnost i vje\u017ebanje imaju tolike\u00a0<strong>povoljne u\u010dinke na mnoge organe i tkiva,\u00a0<\/strong>a samim time i povoljan u\u010dinak na mnoge bolesti. Lista dokazanih povoljnih u\u010dinaka tjelesne aktivnosti na zdravlje je impresivna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centarzdravlja.hr\/site\/assets\/files\/61114\/sastanak.718x0-is.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kako biste pomogli svojim mi\u0161i\u0107ima,&nbsp;<strong>poku\u0161ajte izbjegavati vi\u0161e od 6 sati sjedenja dnevno.<\/strong>&nbsp;To mo\u017eete u\u010diniti tako \u0161to \u0107ete obogatiti svoj uredski \u017eivot spontanim pokretom, odnosno prekidati sjedenje barem svakih 30 minuta podizanjem u stoje\u0107i polo\u017eaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uvedite rituale koji na to poti\u010du: telefonirajte stoje\u0107i, odr\u017eavajte sastanke stoje\u0107i, razmjestite ured tako da vas poti\u010de na pokret, udaljite printer ili mobitel od sebe da se morate ustati i pro\u0161etati do njega. Velika je korist od sit-stand stolova ili neke improvizacije istog koja omogu\u0107uje da radno vrijeme provedete<strong>&nbsp;izmjenjuju\u0107i sjede\u0107i i stoje\u0107i polo\u017eaj.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako se ne bavite rekreativnom sportskom aktivno\u0161\u0107u, onda neka barem&nbsp;<strong>pola sata \u017eustrog hoda dnevno<\/strong>&nbsp;postane neizostavni dio va\u0161e svakodnevice.
