Citrusno vo\u0107e<br>Vitamin C uvijek uzimamo kada se razbolimo, ali va\u017eno ga je koristiti i kao prevenciju jer on dokazano \u0161titi imunolo\u0161ki sustav poticanjem proizvodnje bijelih krvnih zrnaca koja su klju\u010dni element u borbi protiv infekcija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grejpfrut, naran\u010de, mandarine, limun i limeta su odli\u010dan izvor ovog vitamina. Kako tijelo ne proizvodi niti pohranjuje ovaj vitamin, morate ga uzimati iz hrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Crvene paprike<br>Vitamin C je glavna zvijezda crvene paprike i sadr\u017ei ga \u010dak i do tri puta vi\u0161e od nekih vrsti naran\u010di, a poznat je podr\u017eavanju jakog imunolo\u0161kog sustava. Ne mo\u017ee pobijediti bolest ali studije pokazuju da mo\u017ee olak\u0161ati stanje, pa znanstvenici podr\u017eavaju preporuku da bi ga se trebalo uzimati oko 200 mg u danu radi prevencije infekcija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedna srednje velika crvena paprika sadr\u017ei oko 150 mg ovog vitamina. Sadr\u017ei mnoge ljekovite, hranjive i op\u0107enito za organizam korisne sastojke, a to su: beta-karoten, Vitamini A, B1, B2, B6, E, i C, \u017eeljezo, glukozu, eteri\u010dna ulja, kalij, natrij, ugljikohidrate, folnu kiselinu, fosfor, fruktozu i druge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Brokula<br>Brokula je puna vitamina C ali i antioksidanata koji mogu sudjelovati prevenciji raznih oboljenja, poput raka, dijabetesa tip2, bolesti srca, infekcija i depresije\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedna je studija dokazala kako na\u0161 organizam puno bolje apsorbira sastojke brokule kada ju jedemo sirovu, a druga je studija savjetovala da se termi\u010dkom obradom gubi vitamin C. Najmanje \u0107e na sadr\u017eaj utjecati kuhanje na pari, pa ako vam nikako nije ukusna sirova brokula isprobajte ovu metodu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. \u010ce\u0161njak<br>Stru\u010dnjaci se sla\u017eu kako \u0107e osobe koje jedu \u010de\u0161njak, ili suplement, puno rje\u0111e obolijevati od prehlada u hladnim zimskim mjesecima, a ako se razbole, puno \u0107e prije uslijediti i oporavak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Novije studije potvr\u0111uju kako \u010de\u0161njak poma\u017ee ja\u010danju imunolo\u0161kog sustava. Sigurno je puno bolje koristiti svje\u017e \u010de\u0161njak od onog u prahu ili suplementa, pa ga dodajte jelima i salatama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. \u0110umbir<br>Jo\u0161 jedna namirnica koju \u010desto koristimo kada smo bolesni, a mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i kod smirivanja upala, bolnog grla ali i mu\u010dnine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim \u0161to \u0107e ja\u010dati imunolo\u0161ki sustav, a i zagrijati organizam, on mo\u017ee sniziti i povi\u0161enu tjelesnu temperaturu jer \u0107e organizam potaknuti na znojenje koje pak stimulira imunolo\u0161ki sustav kako bi se lak\u0161e borio protiv raznih upala i viroza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. \u0160pinat<br>Sadr\u017ei folate, vitamina A, vitamin C, magnezij i \u017eeljezo kako bi mogao oja\u010dati i cijeli imunolo\u0161ki sustav te dati organizmu dovoljno nutrijenta za obnovu DNA. Iskoristite sva svojstva tako da ga jedete sirovog ili samo blan\u0161irate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Jogurt<br>\u017dive i aktivne kulture koje se nalaze u jogurtu mogu stimulirati imunolo\u0161ki sustav kako bi se lak\u0161e borio protiv bolesti. Odaberite gr\u010dki jogurt, bez vo\u0107a i ostalih dodataka, a vi mu mo\u017eete dodati bobice ili med kako bi bio jo\u0161 ukusniji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Orasi<br>Osim \u0161to su u pitanju zvijezde me\u0111u namirnicama koje djeluju protuupalno, orasi sadr\u017ee i neke nutrijente koji igraju veliku ulogu u podr\u0161ci imunolo\u0161kog sustava. Sadr\u017ee folate, vitamine E i B6 te \u017eeljezo. Prema dokazima zaslu\u017eni su i za smanjenje posljedica stresa, za kojeg se zna da slabi imunolo\u0161ki sustav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Kurkuma<br>Osim \u0161to hrani daje bogat i egzoti\u010dan okus, na niz na\u010dina mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i na\u0161em zdravlju. Naime, u kurkumu se nalazi kurkumin \u2013 sastojak na kojem se iznova provode istra\u017eivanja i koji kontinuirano pokazuje koliko pozitivno utje\u010de na razli\u010dita oboljenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poznato je protuupalno djelovanje kurkume, a smatra se i jednim od najsna\u017enijih utjecaja ove za\u010dinske bilje. Ponovno je za to zaslu\u017ean kurkumin, a konzumiranje kurkume mo\u017ee prevenirati i nastanak bolesti poput artritisa, visoke razine kolesterola i kroni\u010dne boli koje mogu nastati zbog dugotrajnih upala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Zeleni \u010daj<br>I zeleni i crni \u010daj je riznica flavonoida, a zeleni \u010daj je bogatiji antioksidantom EGCG koji je iznimno dobar za za\u0161titu imuniteta i najaktivniji i najvi\u0161e istra\u017een katehin zelenog \u010daja. Sadr\u017ei \u0161est osnovnih polifenola, poznatih kao katehini. Svako jutro zapo\u010dnite zelenim \u010dajem ili popijte koju \u0161alicu poslije ve\u0107eg obroka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naime, zeleni \u010daj krcat je polifenolima i flavonoidima koji poma\u017eu u borbi protiv bolesti.
