On je osmi naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i mineral na Zemlji i tre\u0107i naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i mineral u morskoj vodi, nakon natrija i klora. Za nas je najva\u017enija \u010dinjenica da je to \u010detvrti naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i mineral u ljudskom tijelu. Najvi\u0161e ga ima u kostima i zubima, oko 60, odnosno 65 posto, ostatak je u mi\u0161i\u0107nom tkivu i stanicama, a 1 posto u krvi, prenosi&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/hr.n1info.com\/lifestyle\/ovo-su-znakovi-nedostatka-magnezija-koje-ne-biste-trebali-ignorirati\/\">N1<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Uloga magnezija u \u200b\u200bljudskom tijelu<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Magnezij poma\u017ee u stimuliranju metaboli\u010dkih procesa, uklju\u010duju\u0107i osloba\u0111anje energije iz hrane i njen prijenos kroz tijelo, a sudjeluje i u formiranju proteina. Bez toga, metabolizam ugljikohidrata, proteina i masti ne bi bio mogu\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim toga, magnezij poma\u017ee u procesima koji kontroliraju funkcioniranje mi\u0161i\u0107a i \u017eivaca, odr\u017eava zdrave kosti, zdravo srce i normalnu razinu \u0161e\u0107era u krvi i igra va\u017enu ulogu u pove\u0107anju energije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedna studija koja je provedena na uzorku od 12.340 mu\u0161karaca i \u017eena koji su pra\u0107eni 19 godina otkrila je da je 30 posto manje umrlih od kardiovaskularnih bolesti prijavljeno kod pacijenata s visokom razinom magnezija u krvi (iz knjige Minerali \u2013 dr.&nbsp;<strong>Ulrich Strunz<\/strong>&nbsp;i&nbsp;<strong>Andreas Jopp<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dakle, svakoj stanici u ljudskom tijelu potrebna je adekvatna koli\u010dina magnezija. U suprotnom \u2013 njena funkcija je naru\u0161ena. No, ono \u0161to je va\u017eno naglasiti jest da magnezij \u201cradi\u201d zajedno s kalcijem i na taj na\u010din zajedno reguliraju elektri\u010dne impulse u stanicama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ipak, koncentracija magnezija u zdravim stanicama je mnogo ve\u0107a od koncentracije kalcija, a njihov odnos je jako va\u017ean. Njihova me\u0111usobna ravnote\u017ea i funkcija va\u017ene su za spre\u010davanje akumulacije kalcija u stanicama jer u suprotnom mo\u017ee do\u0107i do razdra\u017eljivosti, kalcifikacije, poreme\u0107ene funkcije stanica ili stani\u010dne smrti, pi\u0161e&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aktivni.metropolitan.si\/zdravje\/ne-prezrite-znakov-pomanjkanja-magnezija\/?utm_source=Aktivni.si&amp;utm_campaign=popularity\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Aktivni.si<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Znakovi nedostatka magnezija u organizmu<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u0161to tijelo nadokna\u0111uje nedostatak magnezija izvla\u010de\u0107i ga iz kostiju, produ\u017eeni periodi nedostatka ovog minerala su opasni. Ovo su neki od glavnih simptoma nedostatka magnezija u organizmu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>glavobolje<\/li><li>migrena<\/li><li>umor<\/li><li>vrtoglavica<\/li><li>pospanost<\/li><li>nervoza<\/li><li>vrtoglavica<\/li><li>bolovi i gr\u010devi u mi\u0161i\u0107ima<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Za\u0161to se javlja nedostatak magnezija?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Razlozi mogu biti brojni: Previ\u0161e stresa, \u010desto konzumiranje alkohola, \u010desta konzumacija fosfatnih (gaziranih) pi\u0107a, lo\u0161 san, visok krvni tlak, trudno\u0107a, uzimanje kontracepcijskih pilula, dijareja, problemi s crijevima ili bubrezima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Uzimajte dovoljno magnezija<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijelo ne mo\u017ee samostalno proizvesti magnezij pa ga je potrebno svakodnevno unositi putem hrane i pi\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preporu\u010deni dnevni unos je izme\u0111u 300 i 400 miligrama. \u017denama je obi\u010dno potrebno ne\u0161to manje nego mu\u0161karcima. Odrasloj \u017eeni je potrebno oko 310 miligrama, a nekon 30. godine oko 320 miligrama dnevno. Odraslom mu\u0161karcu je potrebno oko 400 miligrama magnezija dnevno. Djeci do 8 godina potrebno je izme\u0111u 30 i 170 miligrama, ovisno od starosti i spola (o tome se obvezno konzultirajte s lije\u010dnikom).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da bi se zadovoljila preporu\u010dena dnevna doza magnezija u organizmu, odrasle osobe trebale bi svakog dana popiti 3-4 dcl prirodne mineralne vode koja sadr\u017ei magnezij. Potreba za ovim mineralom je neznatno pove\u0107ana tijekom trudno\u0107e, laktacije i tijekom perioda intenzivnog rasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hrana koja je dobar izvor magnezija<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim putem prirodne mineralne vode, magnezij mo\u017eete unijeti i putem hrane, a ovo su neke od namirnica koje su najbogatije ovim mineralom:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u0161pinat i drugo tamnozeleno lisnato povr\u0107e<\/li><li>bademi<\/li><li>sjemenke bundeve i suncokreta<\/li><li>sjeme lana<\/li><li>papirka<\/li><li>grah<\/li><li>avokado<\/li><li>tamna \u010dokolada<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>U slu\u010daju ekstremnog manjka magnezija u organizmu, stru\u010dnjaci preporu\u010duju i dijetetske suplemente.
