Nova studija ukazuje na to da postoji optimalno vrijeme za ve\u010dernji odlazak na po\u010dinak.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naravno, razlozi za poreme\u0107aje spavanja ponekad su izvan na\u0161e kontrole. Svatko tko ima takvih problema trebao bi potra\u017eiti lije\u010dni\u010dku pomo\u0107 i ustanoviti \u0161to mu najbolje odgovara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ali ostalima bi moglo biti korisno saznanje da je odlazak na spavanje izme\u0111u 22 i 23 sata koristan za kardiovaskularni sustav. \u201cTijelo ima 24-satni unutarnji sat, odnosno cirkadijalni ritam, koji poma\u017ee u regulaciji fizi\u010dkog i mentalnog funkcioniranja\u201d, rekao je psiholog David Plans sa Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Exeteru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIako na\u0161im istra\u017eivanjem ne mo\u017eemo utvrditi uzro\u010dno posljedi\u010dnu vezu, rezultati upu\u0107uju na to da prerani ili prekasni odlazak na spavanje mo\u017ee poremetiti unutarnji sat i tako prouzro\u010diti probleme za kardiovaskularno zdravlje\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studijom su analizirani podaci o 88.026 pojedinaca iz britanske biomedicinske baze podataka (UK Biobank) prikupljeni izme\u0111u 2006. i 2010. godine. Pedeset osam posto sudionika bile su \u017eene, a prosje\u010dna je starost iznosila 61 godinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podaci o tome kad su pojedinci zaspali i probudili se utvr\u0111eni su akcelerometrima koji su se nosili na zape\u0161\u0107u. Utvr\u0111eno je da je 3172 sudionika (3,6 posto) u promatranom razdoblju razvilo kardiovaskularne bolesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Znanstvenici su zaklju\u010dili da odlazak na spavanje prije 22 sata ili iza pono\u0107i mo\u017ee za 25 posto pove\u0107ati mogu\u0107nost rizika od razvoja kardiovaskularnih bolesti u usporedbi s odlaskom na spavanje izme\u0111u 22 i 23 sata. To pove\u0107anje rizika smanjilo se na 12 posto kad je u pitanju odlazak na spavanje izme\u0111u 23 sata i pono\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNajrizi\u010dnije vrijeme za odlazak na spavanje je iza pono\u0107i, potencijalno zato \u0161to se smanjuje vjerojatnost bu\u0111enja u jutarnjim satima, koje resetira unutarnji sat\u201d, rekao je Plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezultati se nisu promijenili ni nakon \u0161to su znanstvenici uzeli u obzir dob, spol, duljinu sna, je li netko ranoranilac ili no\u0107na ptica, pu\u0161a\u010dki status, tjelesnu te\u017einu, dijabetes, krvni tlak, razinu kolesterola i socioekonomski status. Isto tako, trend je bio izra\u017eeniji kod \u017eena, ali istra\u017eiva\u010di nisu jo\u0161 uvijek sigurni za\u0161to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U svakom slu\u010daju, rezultati su uskla\u0111eni s prethodnim istra\u017eivanjima te pokazuju da se u osoba koje prekasno odlaze na spavanje pove\u0107ava rizik od kardiovaskularnih problema. \u201cNeuskla\u0111eno\u0161\u0107u pona\u0161anja i cirkadijalnog ritma spavanja pove\u0107ava se mogu\u0107nost upala u tijelu i mo\u017ee se naru\u0161iti regulacija glukoze, a oboje mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati rizik od kardiovaskularnih bolesti\u201c, rekao je Plans za Guardian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako su bolesti srca i krvnih \u017eila vode\u0107i uzroci smrti u svijetu, ovaj trend svakako vrijedi dodatno istra\u017eiti. \u201cAko se na\u0161i nalazi dodatno potvrde u drugim studijama, bazi\u010dna higijena spavanja mogla bi postati jeftin na\u010din smanjenja kardiovaskularnih bolesti\u201d, zaklju\u010dio je Plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezultati istra\u017eivanja objavljeni su u \u010dasopisu The European Heart Journal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvor.pogled.ba<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Iako je poveznica izme\u0111u kvalitetnog spavanja i zdravog srca dobro poznata, znanstvenici jo\u0161 uvijek razra\u0111uju detalje.
