{"id":90288,"date":"2021-11-21T01:32:24","date_gmt":"2021-11-21T00:32:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radioljubuski.ba\/?p=90288"},"modified":"2021-11-21T01:32:25","modified_gmt":"2021-11-21T00:32:25","slug":"sto-je-hrana-zdravija-to-su-djeca-sretnija","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radioljubuski.ba\/index.php\/2021\/11\/21\/sto-je-hrana-zdravija-to-su-djeca-sretnija\/","title":{"rendered":"\u0160to je hrana zdravija to su djeca sretnija"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Mentalno zdravlje djeteta sna\u017eno je povezano s vrstom hrane koju svakodnevno konzumira, pokazuje studija koja je istra\u017eila va\u017enu ulogu zdrave prehrane od prvih godina \u017eivota.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Doru\u010dak pridonosi boljem mentalnom zdravlju<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mentalno zdravlje starije \u0161kolske djece posebno se pobolj\u0161ava uzimanjem dobrog doru\u010dka i ru\u010dka kao i svakodnevnim unosom vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a, prema istra\u017eivanju koje je obuhvatilo 9000 djece u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu, a provedeno je na Sveu\u010dili\u0161tu East Anglia u Norwichu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof.&nbsp;<strong>Ailsa Welch<\/strong>, voditeljica studije objavljene u rujnu, ka\u017ee da prehrana djece ima mnogo ili \u010dak vi\u0161e utjecaja na mentalno zdravlje djece nego na to svjedo\u010de li onasva\u0111i roditelja ili \u010dak nasilju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema studiji, djeca koja preska\u010du doru\u010dak lo\u0161ijeg su mentalnog zdravlja, a djeca koja konzumiraju pet ili vi\u0161e porcija vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a na dan imaju najbolje rezultate na testovima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Povezanost izme\u0111u prehrane i tjelesnog zdravlja dobro je poznata, no do danas nije se mnogo znalo o tome kakvu ulogu prehrana igra u emocionalnom zadovoljstvu djeteta, ka\u017ee Welch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Sve se vi\u0161e priznaje koliko je va\u017eni mentalno zdravlje i radost u najranijoj dobi, posebno zato \u0161to se mentalni zdravstveni problemi adolescenata \u010desto nastavljaju u odrasloj dobi i vode lo\u0161ijim \u017eivotnim rezultatima i postignu\u0107ima, kazala je.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e va\u017eni u prehrani djece<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U testiranju su znanstvenici ispitivali djecu o prehrambenim navikama, a prou\u010dili su i druge faktore kao \u0161to su radost, sposobnost opu\u0161tanja i odnosi s drugim ljudima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U obzir su uzeli i druge faktore koji bi mogli utjecati na dobrobit djeteta &#8211; problemati\u010dni odnosi u obitelji, na primjer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nutricionisti odavna isti\u010du da zdrava prehrana podrazumijeva unos pet porcija vo\u0107a ili povr\u0107a na dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema studiji dijete od \u0161est godina trebalo bi pojesti 230 grama povr\u0107a i 210 grama vo\u0107a na dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U dobi od 13 godina, djevoj\u010dice bi trebale pojesti 320 grama povr\u0107a i 300 grama vo\u0107a, a dje\u010daci u koli\u010dini 390, odnosno 360 grama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I povr\u0107e i vo\u0107e mo\u017ee biti sirovo ili kuhano, a u unos se ra\u010duna i kada je povr\u0107e i vo\u0107e kori\u0161teno u pripremi toplih obroka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvor:hrt.hr<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mentalno zdravlje djeteta sna\u017eno je povezano s vrstom hrane koju svakodnevno konzumira, pokazuje studija koja je istra\u017eila va\u017enu ulogu zdrave prehrane od prvih godina \u017eivota.
