Uz to, dijabetes se mo\u017ee pojaviti i u trudno\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako prepoznati dijabetes?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijabetes se mo\u017ee prepoznati po stalnoj \u017ee\u0111i, gubitku tjelesne te\u017eine, umoru,&nbsp;<strong>\u010destom mokrenju<\/strong>, jakoj gladi, smetnjama kod vida, \u010destim infekcijama, suhoj ko\u017ei i ranama koje sporije zacjeljuju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kako jesti kod dijabetesa?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u017eno je paziti na prehranu kako bi razina \u0161e\u0107era u krvi bila pod kontrolom. Kada se u tijelo unosi vi\u0161ak kalorija i masti dolazi i do pove\u0107anja \u0161e\u0107era u krvi \u0161to mo\u017ee dovesti do brojnih ozbiljnih problema. Jednako tako, va\u017eno je koliko se obroka jede na dan, kao i da su konzumirani uvijek u otprilike isto vrijeme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jelovnik za dijabeti\u010dare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod dijabetesa se dakle mogu konzumirati idu\u0107e namirnice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 vo\u0107e i zeleno lisnato povr\u0107e kao \u0161to su: kelj, brokula i \u0161pinat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 cjelovite \u017eitarice i sjemenke: sme\u0111a ri\u017ea, zobene pahuljice, kvinoja,&nbsp;<strong>chia sjemenke<\/strong>&nbsp;ili sjemenke lana<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 batat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 mahunarke<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 mlije\u010dni proizvodi s niskim udjelom masti<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 jaja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 \u010de\u0161njak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;<strong>hrana bogata vlaknima<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 ribe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 izvori proteina: piletina, puretina, tofu, svinjetina, grah<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 zdrave masti kao \u0161to su ora\u0161asti plodovi, avokado i maslinovo ulje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 pi\u0107a: voda, gazirana voda, neza\u0161e\u0107ereni \u010daj, crna kava bez \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim \u0161to postoje namirnice koje bi trebalo uvrstiti u prehranu kod ove bolesti, jednako tako postoje i namirnice koje bi trebalo izbjegavati. Ovdje spadaju: sol, mlije\u010dni proizvodi s visokim udjelom masti, bijeli kruh, tjestenina, ri\u017ea, pr\u017eeni krumpir, govedina, hrenovke, suhomesnati proizvodi, zasla\u0111eni sokovi, energetska pi\u0107a, pr\u017eena hrana, konzervirano povr\u0107e koje ima previ\u0161e soli, pekmez, alkohol, peciva, slastice i slatki\u0161i, pi\u0161e N1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako se dr\u017eati jelovnika za dijabeti\u010dare?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Najbolji na\u010din kako uvrstiti sve potrebne namirnice u prehranu je slo\u017eiti jelovnik za svaki dan, odnosno za svaki tjedan. Pomo\u0107i mogu i odre\u0111ene metode:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Brojanje ugljikohidrata<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017ee se brojati unos ugljikohidrata na dnevnoj bazi kako bi se odr\u017eala normalna razina \u0161e\u0107era u krvi. Dozvoljena koli\u010dina ugljikohidrata ovisit \u0107e o razini tjelesne aktivnosti osobe, o uzimanju lijekova kao \u0161to je inzulin i o dogovoru s lije\u010dnikom o preporu\u010denim dozama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Koli\u010dina porcije<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u017eno je paziti na veli\u010dinu porcije te \u0161to se sve nalazi na tanjuru. Najbolje je da polovicu tanjura \u010dini povr\u0107e bez \u0161kroba, jednu \u010detvrtinu tanjura&nbsp;<strong>proteini<\/strong>&nbsp;kao \u0161to su piletina, jaja, riba ili tofu, dok ostatak \u010dine ugljikohidrati kao \u0161to su mlije\u010dni proizvodi ili mahunarke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Glikemijski indeks namirnica<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrebno je dr\u017eati se hrane s niskim glikemijskim indeksom, odnosno kada GI iznosi izme\u0111u 1-55. Glikemijski indeks je mjera koja ozna\u010dava o\u010dekivani porast razine \u0161e\u0107era u krvi nakon konzumiranja odre\u0111ene namirnice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim toga, za dijabeti\u010dare mogu biti dobre i odre\u0111ene dijete kao na primjer keto dijeta, mediteranska dijeta ili&nbsp;<strong>paleo<\/strong>&nbsp;na\u010din prehrane, koje je prije po\u010detka odobrio lije\u010dnik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na samom po\u010detku od velike pomo\u0107i mo\u017ee biti i znanje te pomo\u0107 stru\u010dne osobe, nutricionista ili dijeteti\u010dara. Uz prehranu, potrebno je i odr\u017eavati tjelesnu te\u017einu u po\u017eeljnim vrijednostima, kao i redovito vje\u017ebati ili se baviti nekom tjelesnom aktivno\u0161\u0107u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zaklju\u010dak<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijabetes nastaje kada je razina \u0161e\u0107era u krvi povi\u0161ena. Mo\u017ee se prepoznati po nizu simptoma, a va\u017eno je redovito kontrolirati razinu \u0161e\u0107era i po potrebi uzimati inzulin. Jednako tako, kod ove je bolesti vrlo va\u017eno paziti na prehranu.
